Cultivating leadership potential in our members — that is, providing opportunities for them to learn how to be leaders — has a threefold purpose. It serves the individual, heightens Kappa Delta's visibility as members share their skills with other organizations, and improves the chapter's ability to function smoothly.
Each year, we elect outstanding new leaders to maintain and promote the activities and objectives of our chapter. We also encourage our members to be involved in at least one other campus organization. Our members hold leadership positions in a variety of organizations across Lehigh's Campus, for example: Student Senate, Club Soccer, LU AMSA and Bio-Ethics Club. We also have sisters starting their own clubs like International Business Club and Pre-Veterinarian Club. Kappa Delta's are well rounded in their activities and work hard to become great leaders.
Please refer to the "Our Officers" section to learn more about the ten women who help our chapter live GREAT (Growth through lifetime learning, Responsibility for our own integrity and ethical actions, Engagement in social and civic interests, Altruistic service to others and Truth and loyalty to each other for a lifetime) every day.
